Installation guidelines:
Mount with M4 screws (max torque 1.2N·m). Maintain ≥15mm clearance
below valve for tubing connections. Use shielded cables for EMI-sensitive
environments. Perform monthly manual override testing.
Do NOT use with oxygen/nitrogen
media above 0.5MPa. Maximum permissible humidity: 95% RH non-condensing.
Install downstream filter (5μm) when used with abrasive particulates.
