Installation protocol:
Mount on vibration-damped surface using M5 screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
Maintain 15mm clearance below valve for exhaust flow. Perform monthly
manual cycling to prevent seal hardening.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants. Use only ISO VG32
or equivalent pneumatic oil. De-energize during pipe purging.
