Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M5 mounting screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
Maintain 15mm clearance below valve for service access. Lubricate spool monthly
with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil if used in dry air systems.
Critical note:
Do NOT apply silicone-based lubricants. Use only PTFE-coated connectors
when operating above 60℃ ambient temperature. Cycle rate must not exceed
5Hz continuous operation.
