Installation guidelines:
Mount with M4 screws (2.5Nm torque) using vibration-damping washers.
Maintain ≥20mm clearance from high-frequency inverters. Lubricate with ISO VG32
pneumatic oil if used in continuous cycling (>5Hz) applications.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtration (40μm for intermittent use). Never apply silicone-based
lubricants - incompatible with HNBR seals. Deburr all pipe ends before connection
to prevent spool jamming.
