Installation guidelines:
Use M5 mounting screws with 0.49-0.59 N·m torque. Maintain minimum 15mm
clearance below valve for exhaust airflow. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil
if used in dry air conditions. Always install downstream filter (5μm or finer).
Do NOT use with oxidizing gases.
Cycle rate limited to 5Hz maximum. For vertical mounting applications,
ensure exhaust ports face downward to prevent debris accumulation.
