Installation note:
Always install downstream of 5μm filter regulator. For vertical mounting,
ensure exhaust ports face downward to prevent condensation accumulation.
Minimum 15mm clearance required above coil for heat dissipation.
Critical notice:
Do not apply lubrication – pre-lubricated seals. Maximum allowable
momentary voltage fluctuation: ±15%. Use surge suppressor for AC coils.
