Installation note:
Mount with M5 screws (recommended torque 1.2N·m). For horizontal mounting,
install exhaust port downward. Use locknuts for vibration-prone environments.
Allow 50mm clearance below exhaust ports for muffler attachment.
Critical notice:
Do NOT use silicone-based lubricants. Minimum cycle time: 0.3 seconds.
For continuous operation above 60℃, derate pressure by 20%.
Always install upstream filter (25μm or finer).
