Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free locations using M5 mounting screws (max torque 2.5N·m).
Maintain 20mm clearance below valve for manifold heat dissipation. Use ISO 8573-1
Class 3 compressed air with dew point ≥10℃ below ambient temperature.
Critical note:
When using AC coils, install RC circuit (100Ω + 0.47μF) within 5m of valve
to suppress arc discharge. Lubricate spool monthly with ISO VG32 turbine oil
if operating in dry air conditions.
