Installation guidelines:
Mount horizontally with actuator facing upward. Use vibration-damping mounts if
ambient vibration exceeds 5G. Flush system with clean dry air for 30 seconds
before initial operation. Lubricator oil viscosity must be ISO VG32 or equivalent.
Critical note:
Not compatible with ethylene glycol-based fluids or particulate-laden media.
Install 5μm filtration upstream. Minimum 80% duty cycle recommended for
continuous operation.
