Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic oil (ISO VG32) to O-ring before initial use.
Tighten to 15-20 N·m torque using 22mm open-end wrench. Maximum allowable
lateral tube load: 30N. Replace collet springs after 50,000 cycles.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
