Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant (LOCTITE® 577 recommended) to male threads before assembly.
Tighten using opposing wrenches on hexagonal flats - final torque should reach 9-10 N·m
in three progressive stages. Post-installation pressure test required.
Copper contamination alert:
Do NOT use with copper-containing alloys or in systems previously containing brass components
without full decontamination. Compatible only with copper-free certified systems.
