Installation protocol:
Use 12mm open-end wrench for counter-rotation during final tightening.
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (AWWA standard).
Maximum torque: 15 N·m. Perform pressure test at 2x working pressure for 5 minutes.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
