If you simply need to move a load without holding it mid-travel, a plain SAID cylinder is sufficient. For replacement, verify the 125 mm bore, 100 mm stroke, PT port threads, and the double-rod layout. The mounting set omits FB, CA, CB, and CR, accepting only Basic, FA, LB, TC, TCM1, and TCM2 brackets. The robust 32 mm carbon steel rod and M27x2 thread handle high side loads well.
Implement the clamp safely by ensuring the cylinder has completely stopped before engaging the lock, as it cannot brake a moving rod. Furthermore, unlock the clamp only when air pressures on both sides of the piston are balanced; otherwise, the rod may jump abruptly.
