Remember that the clamp locks only after the rod stops and requires balanced pressure to unlock safely, so human-safety-critical applications need an independent external measure.
As a replacement, verify the double-rod configuration, 125 mm bore, 400 mm stroke, PT tapered port threads (1/2 inch cylinder ports plus a G1/8 enclasp port), and the correct mounting set. Because it is a double-rod cylinder, the available mounts are Basic, FA, LB, TC, TCM1, and TCM2, omitting the FB, CA, CB, and CR foot and clevis brackets. The robust 32 mm carbon steel rod and M27x2 thread handle high side loads well, but at 400 mm stroke you should still use an external guide to prevent binding. No magnet is specified, so CMSE and DMSE sensors cannot be used without modification.
