This enclasp mechanism operates via a third G1/8 unlock port, separate from the two 1/4 cylinder ports, requiring 0.15-0.7 MPa to release. The clamp locks only after the rod has stopped, meaning it cannot brake a moving load. To step up holding power, the bore 63 version provides 2200 N of hold and 1402 N pull thrust at 0.5 MPa.
For replacement, match the double-rod design, 50 mm bore, 900 mm stroke, and PT port threads. The BSAID mounting set omits FB, CA, CB, and CR brackets, accepting only Basic, FA, LB, TC, TCM1, and TCM2. Because this stroke is 900 mm, the long unsupported rod requires an external guide to prevent excessive side-loading on the 20 mm carbon steel rod and M16x1.5 thread.
