The AirTAC BSE100X100 is a double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder featuring an integrated spring-applied, air-released rod lock. A collet mechanism delivers a bidirectional static holding force of 5500 N to secure loads in place without requiring live air. Operating pressure for both the drive and the release mechanism is capped at 0.7 MPa.
The lock is engaged via spring force and released by supplying air to a dedicated G1/8 port. Because the body uses the standard ISO 15552 mounting interface, SE-compatible mounting accessories fit perfectly, with the sole exception of the FTC foot-mount. This specific SKU lacks a magnet, so it does not support CMSE or DMSE position sensors.
