Installation guidelines:
Requires minimum 5μm filtered air. Lock engagement occurs automatically at stroke ends.
For manual release: Pull lock release ring while applying <3N·m torque. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil.
Critical note:
Always depressurize before maintenance. Lock mechanism requires 0.3s dwell time after reaching stroke end for full engagement. Not suitable for continuous rotation applications.
