The AirTAC SUD50X80FA is a double-acting, double-rod profile cylinder featuring a 50mm bore, 80mm stroke, and an FA mounting interface. Because a rod exits both ends on a single piston, the push and pull forces are equal both ways at 825N @0.5 MPa, 1154N @0.7 MPa, and 1484N @0.9 MPa. The extruded aluminium profile barrel is more compact than an ISO 15552 cylinder of the same bore. This SUD50X80FA model is discontinued and the exact drop-in replacement is the SAUD50X80FA, sharing the same 1/4" port, M16x1.5 rod thread, and FA mount.
With a 50mm bore, this cylinder uses a 20mm rod, offers adjustable 21mm cushions at each end, and operates at 30-800 mm/s. The equal-both-ways force yields a safe working load of roughly 495N (60% of the 825N @0.5 MPa figure) and a vertical lift capacity of about 42kg with a 2:1 margin.
