Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant only on male threads (PTFE tape recommended).
Tighten to 8-10 N·m torque maximum. Perform pressure test at 1.25×
working pressure after assembly. Avoid cross-threading - hand-tighten
minimum 2.5 turns before final torque application.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
