Precision-machined straight connector featuring dual-port sealing with embedded O-rings for leak-free transitions in pneumatic systems. The hexagonal body design allows 360° tool access for installation in confined spaces. Nickel plating provides corrosion resistance in humid environments (salt spray tested to 48hrs neutral salt spray).

Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (for BSPP connections only).
Tighten to 8-10 N·m torque using 14mm wrench. Avoid overtightening which may
compress O-rings beyond 25% deformation limit. Test at 0.8 MPa for 3 minutes
post-installation.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
