Installation protocol:
Apply thread lubricant (PTFE paste recommended) to male threads only.
Tighten 1.25-1.75 turns past finger-tight using torque wrench (12-15 N·m).
Avoid cross-threading by starting connection counterclockwise first.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
