Precision-machined tee connector with corrosion-resistant nickel plating, designed for compact pneumatic circuit branching. Features dual O-ring seals for leak-free connections and chamfered ports to prevent tubing damage. Compatible with most 4mm OD pneumatic tubing (not included).

Installation Guide:
Tighten with 0.8-1.2 N·m torque using 8mm wrench. Apply thread sealant only on male threads.
Perform pressure test at 1.5× operating pressure after assembly. Avoid overtightening - maximum
1/4 turn past finger-tight.
Maintenance:
Inspect O-rings quarterly under 3× magnification. Replace if compression set exceeds 15%
or surface cracks appear. Lubricate with PTFE-based grease during reassembly.
