Installation Guidelines:1. Use 5mm open-end wrench on flats - max torque 1.2N·m
2. Apply thread sealant ONLY on male threads (not female ports)
3. For cleanrooms: Use isopropyl alcohol wipe before assembly
4. Avoid axial misalignment >3° during tube insertion
