Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant (LOCTITE 5452 recommended) to male threads before assembly.
Tighten using calibrated torque wrench - over-tightening may deform aluminum threads.
Align flow arrow with system direction. Test at 1.5× operating pressure after installation.
