Precision-engineered Y-connector featuring triple-ported flow control with 120° branch angle for compact pneumatic systems. The electroless nickel plating provides corrosion resistance in humid environments. Internal flow channels are polished to minimize pressure drop (ΔP ≤0.02MPa @1.0MPa). Installation Guidelines:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (Grade D for BSPT).
Tightening torque: 12-15 N·m for metal-to-metal connections.
For plastic tubing systems, use 25% lower torque with insert sleeves.
Avoid overtightening - maximum 1.5 rotations after hand-tight.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
