Installation guidance:
Apply PTFE tape on male threads (1.5 wraps max). Hand-tighten before final torque.
Avoid cross-threading – align branch ports perpendicular to main flow path.
Recommended pipe insertion depth: 13.5mm.
Note:
Not compatible with pulsating systems exceeding 3Hz.
Requires 5μm filtered air when used in cleanroom applications.
Annual seal replacement recommended for continuous operation systems.
