Precision-machined pneumatic connector featuring dual internal check valves for secure tubing retention. The compact hex-body design enables tool-free 360° rotational adjustment post-installation. Anti-vibration grooves prevent unintended loosening in high-frequency applications.

Installation protocol:
Apply 0.2–0.4Nm torque using 8mm wrench. Pre-lubricate threads with
PTFE tape or silicone paste. Perform pressure decay test (≤0.01MPa/min
leakage rate) after assembly. Avoid overtightening – deformation occurs
beyond 0.8Nm.
Tubing Compatibility:
- Optimal: Φ4mm PU/Nylon tubing (1.5–2.5mm wall thickness)
- Max insertion force: 45N (new tubing), 30N (reused connection)
- Pull-out resistance: ≥80N (with factory O-ring)
