Precision-machined pneumatic connector featuring dual-port sealing with 360° compression resistance. The electroless nickel coating provides Class II corrosion protection per ASTM B733. Optimized flow path reduces turbulence (Cv=0.12) while maintaining 99.6% roundness tolerance.

Installation protocol:
Apply 0.15-0.3Nm torque during assembly. Use thread sealant only on male threads,
avoiding contact with O-ring surfaces. Pressure test at 1.1× system pressure
for 5 minutes post-installation.
Fluid Compatibility:
Compressed air (ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 2.4.2), inert gases,
and HFD-R hydraulic fluids. Not recommended for oxygen systems
or acidic media.
