Installation protocol:
Apply 242 thread sealant (not included) on male threads.
Tighten to 6-8 N·m using 12mm wrench. Avoid overtightening
which may deform O-ring groove. Perform leak test at
0.6MPa after installation.
Service Life:
500,000 cycles (at 0.5MPa, 2Hz frequency).
Replace O-rings every 2 years or when leakage exceeds
10 bubbles/min under ISO 9978 test conditions.
