Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of ISO VG32 turbine oil to swivel surfaces before assembly.
Use torque wrench (0.8-1.2 N·m) for port connections. Avoid side-load forces
exceeding 15N during operation. Periodic re-lubrication recommended every
2,000 operating hours.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
