Precision tandem swivel joint with dual-axis freedom, featuring anti-vibration locking grooves and corrosion-resistant plating. The dual-seal design (primary O-ring + backup X-ring) ensures leak-free operation in dynamic applications. Compatible with ISO 15407-1 compliant systems.

Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant only on male threads (PTFE tape prohibited).
Tighten to 1.2–1.5 N·m torque using crowfoot wrench.
Perform rotational alignment before final torque application.
Maintenance:
Lubricate swivel surfaces with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil every 500,000 cycles.
Replace if axial play exceeds 0.3mm.
Not suitable for continuous rotation applications exceeding 15 RPM.
