Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M4 mounting screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
Maintain minimum 20mm clearance below valve for exhaust dispersion.
Use ISO 8573-1 Class 3.4.2 compressed air (max particle size 5μm, oil content ≤1mg/m³).
