Heavy-duty pneumatic cylinder engineered for construction equipment applications. Features triple sealing system with integrated scraper to prevent particulate ingress. The double-acting design incorporates a chromium carbide-coated rod for extreme abrasion resistance. Optional magnetic piston version (add "-M" suffix) available for position sensing.

Installation protocol:
Use M10 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with spring washers.
Align cylinder axis within 0.2mm perpendicularity tolerance.
Apply thread sealant to port connections - do not overtighten (max 28Nm torque).
- Use 40μm filtered air with automatic lubricator (ISO VG32 oil)
- Limit maximum piston speed to 0.5m/s without load
- Re-lubricate every 2,000km of cumulative stroke movement
- Inspect rod seals quarterly under continuous vibration conditions

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
