Installation guidelines:1. Use M12 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher)
2. Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during installation
3. Apply thread locker to piston rod nuts (Loctite 243 recommended)
4. Install downstream air dryer (dew point -40℃) for dusty environments
5. Cycle 10x at 0.3MPa before full-load operation
- Relubricate every 3,000 operating hours (ISO VG32 pneumatic oil)
- Replace wipers after 10,000km rod travel

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
