Requires conductive grease (Dielectric strength ≤10⁶Ω) on mounting surfaces
for proper ESD protection. Maintain 0.5mm minimum clearance from adjacent
conductive parts. Cycle rate should not exceed 80% duty cycle in
high-humidity (>85% RH) environments.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
