For safe operation, unlock the clamp only when pressures are balanced to prevent the rod from jumping abruptly, and note that human-safety applications require an independent mechanical measure. This 80 mm bore uses 3/8 PT cylinder ports plus the G1/8 unlock port. The 25 mm rod with an M20x1.5 thread handles side loads well, but at 450 mm stroke you should use an external guide rail. The BSAID mounting set omits FB, CA, CB, and CR brackets, accepting only Basic, FA, LB, TC, TCM1, and TCM2 styles.
