The AirTAC BSE100X250S is a double-acting, single-rod ISO 15552 profile cylinder with an integrated spring-applied, air-released rod lock. It delivers a robust 5497 N push force at 0.7 MPa while providing a 5500 N bidirectional static holding force. Because the clamping collet engages automatically upon air loss, your load remains securely fixed in place without consuming live air.
This fail-safe mechanism operates via a dedicated G1/8 release port, completely separate from the PT1/2 cylinder drive ports. Operating pressure is capped at 0.7 MPa. The integrated -S magnet allows precise position tracking using CMSE reed or DMSE electronic sensors, and the extruded aluminum barrel accepts SE-compatible mounting accessories (except FTC).
