Operating pressure is capped at 0.7 MPa, and the lock is fed by a separate G1/8 release port.
This fail-safe mechanism ensures that if air is exhausted or an E-stop trips, the rod is held firmly at its stopped position. The lock is a holding device, not a dynamic brake; it must be engaged only after the rod stops and released only when cylinder pressures are balanced, allowing at least 0.5 s for full release.
