The AirTAC BSE32X75 is a double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with an integrated spring-applied, air-released rod lock. A collet clamps the 12 mm rod automatically, providing a 600 N bidirectional fail-safe hold with zero live air. Operating pressure for both drive and unlock is capped at 0.7 MPa.
This unit uses a separate G1/8 release port to overcome the spring and free the rod. Because the lock is mechanical, it secures suspended loads instantly if air is exhausted or an E-stop trips. This SKU lacks a magnet, so it does not support CMSE or DMSE position sensors.
Rod Lock — 600 N Static Holding (Ø32mm)
