For safe operation, unlock the clamp only after balancing the air pressures on both sides of the piston to prevent abrupt rod jumps, and add an independent safety measure for human-safety-critical holds. This 40 mm bore configuration features a 16 mm carbon steel rod with an M12x1.25 thread, PT porting, and accepts Basic, FA, LB, TC, TCM1, or TCM2 mounts.
