You must size the holding force against your static load, not the cylinder thrust, because the clamp holding force is a separate quantity from the 2268 N drive force.
This enclasp mechanism is not a moving-rod brake; it locks only after the piston has stopped, and it requires a third G1/8 unlock port to release the grip. The variable air cushion at the ends only decelerates the piston near stroke limits and does not hold the load. Unlocking demands balanced air pressure on both sides of the piston, or the rod may jump abruptly. For safety-critical loads, an additional independent measure is required.

This model uses PT port threads, with a 3/8 cylinder port and the separate G1/8 enclasp port. It accepts Basic, FA, LB, TC, TCM1, and TCM2 mountings (omitting FB, CA, CB, and CR). Because the 800 mm stroke exceeds 300 mm and places high leverage on the 25 mm rod, an external guide is mandatory to prevent side-load damage.
