Installation guidelines:
Use M10 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with anti-vibration washers.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil during assembly. Maintain minimum 0.3 MPa
residual pressure when used in vertical orientation. Requires 5μm filtered air
with automatic drain lubricator (recommended oil viscosity: 32-68 cSt).
