Installation guidelines:
Align mounting surface flatness within 0.1mm/m. Use M5x0.8 mounting screws with 8.8 grade minimum.
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between slider and adjacent components. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtered air with dew point -20℃ below ambient. Avoid side loads exceeding 15N.
For vertical mounting, incorporate mechanical brake or counterbalance valve.
