Installation protocol:
Use copper-free anti-seize compound on rod threads. Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during mounting.
Requires 5μm filtered dry air with dew point -20℃ below ambient. Lubricate every 50km stroke cycle.
Critical note:
Avoid zinc-coated components in contact with electrolyte vapors. Maximum side load 150N at full extension.
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids.
