Installation Protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of PTFE thread sealant (not included) on male threads before assembly.
Tighten to 1.2-1.5 N·m torque using crowfoot wrench. Avoid overtightening - maximum
¼ turn past finger-tight. Align branch port vertically upward to prevent condensate pooling.
Compatibility Note:
Not suitable for hydrocarbon-lubricated air systems. Requires 5μm filtered air.
Maximum pulsation frequency: 3Hz. Avoid UV exposure during storage.
