Installation protocol:
Insert tube until it bottoms out, then pull back slightly (0.5-1mm) to engage locking mechanism.
For vibration-prone environments, apply thread sealant on male threads (Loctite 542 recommended).
Maximum 5 full rotations during tightening.
Maintenance note:
Replace if brass body shows visible deformation exceeding 0.2mm.
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants or chlorinated solvents.
