Installation protocol:
Apply 1.5–2 turns of PTFE tape on male threads (tape thickness ≤0.1mm).
Use calibrated torque wrench – over-tightening beyond 30N·m may deform
manifold threads. For aluminum surfaces, pre-install steel insert nuts
recommended.
