Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic sealant (Loctite 577 recommended) on male threads before assembly.
Tighten until metal surfaces contact, then add 1/8 turn maximum. Avoid overtightening which may
deform PPS sealing surface. Perform pressure test at 1.25× system pressure after installation.
