Installation protocol:
Apply 2 drops of pneumatic sealant (viscosity 500-800cP) on threads before assembly.
Tighten using 8mm crowfoot wrench with torque limiter set to 2.8N·m ±10%.
Perform pressure test at 1.25× operating pressure for 5 cycles post-installation.
