Installation guidelines:
Mount with 0.5-1.5Nm torque using M5 mounting screws. Maintain ≥20mm
clearance below valve for exhaust airflow. For horizontal mounting,
install exhaust silencers vertically downward. Pre-charge pilot line
with 0.3MPa air before initial activation.
